Your costumes will arrive to you the day before your rental period starts, and you will need to ship the costumes back to us the day following your rental period.
Your costumes will arrive to you in a waterproof clothing bag. This bag is reusable, and is what you will use to ship them back to us in!
Your rental package will arrive with a prepaid shipping label that will be used to ship the costumes back to us!
If you would like to extend your rental, please let us know prior to your rental date! To do so, please submit another rental request just including your original order number, and the number of days you would like to extend for (offered in two-day increments and pricing can be found at the bottom of our rental page as an add on). If you are looking to extend after your rental has already arrived, please follow the same process. If we have availability, we will extend your rental - otherwise you will be subject to the $75 late fee and the cost of the additional days if you do not return as scheduled.
If your rental package is not shipped back to us the day it is scheduled, you will be charged a $75 late fee, and automatically charged for an additional two-day rental. (Pricing can be found at the bottom of our rental page as an add on.)
If you lose your shipping label, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will email you another copy.
If one of your costumes gets damaged beyond normal wear, we would ask that you still return the dress to us with your other rentals. We will assess the damage and determine if a full replacement is necessary. If it is, you would be charged for the cost of the costume, and we would ship the costume back to you.
We understand that things happen! You will pay for the rental package when you secure your rental date. If that date changes, we will hold on to your payment and allow you to select another date (subject to availability) within 6 months of your original rental date. Being that your costumes will be in transit to you prior to your rental period starting, we require a 72-hour notice to reschedule a party package.
Depending on the costume, we either dry clean or steam clean with a non-scented disinfecting detergent solution to make sure each costume is in top condition for its next rental.
We will send you a variation of costumes based on your age ranges and the type of package you choose. If your birthday child has a specific costume that their heart is set on let us know when requesting your package! We will do everything possible to make sure they receive that costume and will let you know when rental is confirmed if you can expect that costume in your rental. I would recommend booking as far in advance of your party date as possible to secure specific costumes, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests!
